We keep the essentials clear: delivery to the United Kingdom is free, orders are processed within 1–3 business days and usually arrive 5–9 business days after dispatch, and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (orders placed before 17:00 GMT+1 on a business day start processing the same day). After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–9 business days. You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
Please allow 6–12 business days from order to delivery: processing takes 1–3 business days and delivery typically 5–9 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, and busy periods can add delays, so we recommend ordering early. Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Our shoes are listed in UK sizes. Our size guide compares UK, EU and US sizes with foot length in centimetres. Between two sizes? Choose the larger one. If you are still unsure, email us with the product name before you order and we will help.
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. Please email us before sending anything back, as returns without prior approval cannot be accepted. Return postage is paid by the customer. See our Return and Refund Policy.
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the unused item once your return is approved, and place a new order for the size or colour you need.
Once your return has arrived and been inspected, approved refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of being placed, as long as they have not been packed or dispatched yet. Email support@softstepwear.com straight away with your order number.
